Beard Products
Maybe you broke it, spilled it, or accidentally dropped it down a canyon, we understand and we got you covered. Things can get messy as you Keep It Rugged. Contact us and we will send you out a replacement product, or determine the best course of action. Just don't like the scent? First we'd recommend you consult your physician, cause that's just plain crazy! But if you insist, we will exchange the product for another scent, you just pay return shipping.
Apparel
Whether you unintentionally ripped it, somehow shot it, bacon grease stained it, or just plain put it through hell, we got your back. We understand these things happen while you're out there Keepin' It Rugged. We guarantee our apparel for life. Ship it, or what's left of it, back to us and we will promptly send you out a replacement. We'd love to hear any of your Rugged mishaps and adventures as we process your request, so please share them with us and you may just be featured.
Restrictions and What Not
- Return requests for beard products must be made within 30 days of order fulfillment.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Refunds for returns will only be issued for unopened/unworn products in their original condition/packaging.
- Refund or exchange will be processed once the returned item is received.
- No refund of shipping fees.
